It is important that you ease your way into yoga and get to the advance stages at a turtles pace. This is very important but it doesn’t always seem right. It is human physic that when every thing seems easy to do the mind wants to jump to the next level but in most cases the body wont be prepared to make that transaction. So it is important that you ease your way into the advanced phase so you avoid any possible damage.
It is not necessary that you do extreme twist and turn to be in the advance student. You can always make adjustments to your existing practices.
